Well happy Christmas and well done to my patients and families who have managed bravely the challenges of our strange world that is cancer. My thoughts are with those who have lost loved ones.
Stay well and keep exercising!! As you know, I harp on this , as much to exhort myself to do the same. Keep painting or singing or travelling. Enjoy your family and friends.
COVID19 and other viruses are still prevalent in the community. Discuss with your GP the optimum vaccination regimen for your age, health and co-morbidities.
